Colligan History Project continues its theme of Arts and Community for an evening with with Robert Lynch, one of America’s leading advocates for the arts.  Join us at the Fitton Center as Mr. Lynch discusses the arts, how and why they are central to community dialogue, and funding and policy necessary to advance arts and arts education.  Reception to follow.
